Mixed and Intermediate classes currently available. Classes gradually build upon technique, strength and stamina using a variety of small equipment.

Personalised Pilates sessions tailored to specific needs. 

 

Essential for all new Pilates students.

Studio Equipment sessions available utilising spring resistance to add challenge and/or support to each exercise. 

Children & Teenagers

Can help develop balance, flexibility, stability and stamina. Children’s Pilates classes also promote movement, cardio-vascular work, good posture and greater confidence.

 

Trained to teach 5-11 and 12-16 year old Pilates classes with Body Control Pilates. 

 

Fully DBS (formerly CRB) checked.
